As a key member of the team, the Permit Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with government agencies regarding Plan submittal and Building Permit applications.


 Responsibilities will include:


• Assembly of all blueprints and other required items from architects and engineers for submittal to local building departments.
• Aggressive follow up on the plan approval process through completion/approval for all local municipalities.
• Acquire and submit plan corrections from architects and engineers to local municipalities.
• Maintain and communicate master schedule of plans check status to management.
• Submit Building permit applications as needed.
• Administrative and clerical duties as required.


 Candidates will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree Preferred.
  • 2-3 years Plans Check/Permit Experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management and municipalities is a must.
  • Computer Skills as required: Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation
