Responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Care Representatives and Construction Managers on warranty and customer service related items.


Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Responds to incoming customer requests with a live voice as well as by email and answers questions regarding technical, large or complex service concerns.
  • Responds to routine inquiries as required.
  • Inputs all homeowner information, individual homeowner lot files, service requests and emergency repair requests into homeowner database.
  • Updates weekly and monthly tracking spreadsheets.
  • Generates subcontractor work orders, purchase orders and back charges.
  • Trains field reps on warranty system and trouble shoots for field reps.
  • Assembles homeowner walkthrough manuals and folders.
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative duties, such as assembling procedure manuals, enters data in the homeowner lot files.
  • Schedules appointments for field reps to meet with customers.
  • Keeps lot files up-to-date by scanning and filing printed documents, as well as copying digital information.
  • Reviews invoices for completed service work.


Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service or construction experience.
