The Marketing Coordinator assists with the development of marketing strategies, program and collateral materials with the goal of increasing traffic to communities to achieve sales. This role is also responsible for providing general administrative support to the division.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processes vendor invoices and supports Marketing Manager in budget preparation
  • Sets up and maintains all marketing files- project, research, competition, consultants, Master Agreements, etc.
  • Coordinates all marketing reports – sales, traffic, buyer profiles, etc.
  • Maintains and updates divisional website content, including production of digital renderings, interactive floorplans, virtual tours, etc. Prepares and coordinates distribution of eBlasts
  • Coordinates Interest List and Prospect/Buyer Communication programs
  • Coordinates with ad agency and all other marketing consultants/vendors
  • Coordinates the development of marketing programs and collateral materials
  • Coordinates with consultants on signage, interior merchandising, sales office design, advertising, public relations, and collateral material
  • Coordinates model openings of all complexes
  • Participates in development of standards and options programs for all new communities
  • Participates in the development of model landscape design
  • Directs in the selection of all model options and upgrades
  • Coordinates all community events (i.e. grand openings, broker events, etc.)
  • Coordinates the shutdown of model complex and sales offices at all completed communities.

Qualifications

Candidates Will Need to Meet the Follow Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills
  • Must be proactive with the ability to multi task and follow through with projects containing high levels of detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of previous new home marketing experience or related industry experience preferred.
